TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The two private apartments LAREX (2+2pers) and DOLOMIA (4pers) advertised as 'MARMOLADA APARTMENTS', have been completely renovated recently, are inserted in a condominium context of non-exclusive ownership with a large unattended outdoor parking for several cars /unassigned and a small garden, they are located near the Alba Col-De Rossi cable car and the Ski Ciampac area, they are private personal accommodations that we offer for tourist rental and which are also used by our family. We make them available furnished with cooking and sleeping supplies, to let other enthusiasts like us experience the mountains. Inside you will also find mountaineering books, various readings and small personal objects that you can benefit from during your stay. Thank you in advance for the care with which you will use our two apartments.
CHECK-IN at 17:30 (5:30 p.m.) or other time to be agreed in advance. CHECK-OUT by 8:30 am.
Non-smoking accommodation. Pets allowed upon agreement. It is not possible to issue any invoices for VAT purposes. The cancellation terms are defined in the tourist rental offer.
Bed linen and towels are included in the prices. Do you want to bring your own? Ask when booking.
In order to avoid an additional Extra charge in addition to the usual final cleaning: kindly before entering the apartments, always take off your shoes and dry your pets (bring your own terry cloth towel for the pet), avoid leaving pets alone in the accommodation, avoid letting pets stay on beds and sofas, leave the apartment reasonably tidy, the kitchen area clean and with washed dishes, empty the fridge and freezer completely, differentiate and throw away the garbage daily in the correct communal containers located in the parking, also on the day of check-out. The final cleaning does not include the activities listed above, for which an Extra will be required at check-out if not complied with.
Do not carry sports equipment into the apartment (it is possible to use the small common storage room in the basement, not guarded), do not walk with ski boots in the common stairs to the floors.
We are going to welcome you presonally at check-in: it is necessary to provide the identity document of all guests for the immediate legal fulfillment of the registration of guests with the Italian Police Department, the document will not be kept, eventually only photographed and after the fulfillment the personal data will be deleted immediately. Other personal data that Marmolada Apartments will have come into possession of will be used for the purposes of the requested service and will be deleted at the end of the service. With the confirmation of the booking, the guest consents to the use of personal data according to the current legislation.
EXTRA TO BE PAID AT CHECK-IN: a tourist tax is due in addition to the prices, by provincial law.
MARMOLADA APARTMENTS is a member of the local tourism company APT Val Di Fassa and for this reason we can provide you with discounts for local transport, ski cab lifts, sports and cultural activities in Val di Fassa, to be requested immediately after the confirmation of the booking: Val di Fassa Guest Card, Dolomiti Super-Ski Spring and Premiere promotion for winter skiing.
